TCS World Travel

TCS World Travel

As the web and email manager at TCS World Travel, I was responsible for creating a digital marketing program and assets. Within my first year, I lead and implemented the company’s digital strategy, building all digital assets from the ground up.  I was the creative director and lead designer for the website redesign. I defined the features and functionality for the website, along with the UI/UX and collaborated with and managed the development team sprints through JIRA. I acted as thought-leader and met with internal stakeholders to ensure the website was meeting department needs for customer journey, sales, and post-sales experience.

… she has been my favorite all-time product owner. She helped prioritize issues, collect details, and plan work for the technical staff several weeks out. Where others might shirk the details, Kathi dove in head-first and was able to grasp complex technical aspects of the digital space, and made it all look easy—Heath Dutton

I also establish a blog and social channels, as well as implemented an email marketing strategy and created HTML templates and nurture campaigns.  Designed and built digital magazines for all brochures and itineraries as well as the design and UI/UX for the DPS app reader, which was selected for the Adobe Digital Publishing Showcase Gallery. In addition, I was part of the design and development team for our digital concierge app.

This website has since been redesigned and is no longer live, but available on the Wayback machine. Below are some sample pages, as well as a desktop design revision I made to the itinerary page.
